In restoration projects, a change order is a component of the change process whereby changes in the scope of work agreed to by the owner, and the contractor are implemented. This tool will help to figure what the sales price of that change should be with all the components that affect the price of the change, before filling out the necessary paperwork to enact the change that was requested. This tool can be used in smaller noncomplex changes.
